Bethany discovered Yoga through her love for dance and choreography. She also has a passion for mindfulness and intentional well-being developed over her career as a Certified Social Worker. She is excited to share the benefits of Yoga. “My mission is to create space for peace and encourage a deeper understanding of self through intentional teaching and guidance. Through sharing my movement practices, I am here to help others embrace their individual journeys toward physical, mental, and spiritual growth.”
Bethany is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has also received her Prental Yoga Teacher Certification and welcomes expecting students to regular classes, where modifications will be provided.
